New Worker Safety Orientation
At Selkirk College, we believe in providing employees with a healthy and safe workplace by committing to adopting best practices and ensuring our operations are carried out in a way that minimizes risks, prevents injury and promotes the health and safety of everyone on our college grounds. A successful health and safety program requires the cooperation and conscious effort by everyone, every day, making it crucial for all staff, students, contractors and visitors to comply with Selkirk policies and procedures, legislative standards and regulations while on Selkirk campuses.
This current on-line course covers topics that generally apply to all workers at Selkirk College and is considered to be Part 1 of your safety orientation. Participants must answer and submit the questions in this form.
