Applesauce Canning Workshop

Join Healthy Campus and Sustainable Selkirk for this great workshop on how to water-bath can applesauce! We will be creating the applesauce from apples harvested on campus the day prior - if you attend both workshop, you will be allowed to take home MORE SAUCE! A pizza dinner will be provided to registered participants.
