Digital Arts Application Questionnaire and Portfolio Submission

Digital Arts Application Questionnaire and Portfolio Submission

This form is a required part of your application to the program.

We recommend preparing your responses in a separate program, such as a text editor or word processor, and then pasting them into the form. This helps reduce the risk of losing your work if your browser crashes.

You will be asked to reflect on your interests, learning goals, and creative practice, and to share examples of your work for review. There are no right or wrong answers. We're not looking for perfection or polish. We want to understand how you think, how you approach creative work, and how you engage with learning.

Your responses and portfolio help us understand your readiness for the program, get to know you as a creative thinker, and learn what you're hoping to achieve. Please take your time, answer thoughtfully, and submit work that honestly represents your current abilities.

Part 1: Collects personal information. Please see the privacy statement at the bottom of this document.

Part 2: This section asks questions about your experiences and college readiness.

Part 3: Upload portfolio items or provide links to external sites.

This submission is reviewed as part of the admissions process and is required for your application to be considered complete. The information you submit will be used only to assess eligibility for the Digital Arts Program. The information gathered will not be shared with anyone outside of program faculty.
