Important notes:

You must not have received or be receiving funding from another government program for any of the eligible training costs covered by the future skills grant.

Future skills grant benefits may impact taxes. Please consult the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for tax advice.

Learners can access up to $3,500 in future skills grant funding over their lifetime. This funding can be applied to eligible programs of any value within the given limits.

Learners receiving any federal or provincial benefit, such as Employment Insurance (EI) or BC Employment Assistance (BCEA), must seek approval from the appropriate government body before participating in a program.
