What happens next?
When course registration opens, register in a minimum 80% course load (40% course load for students with documented disabilities). A 100% course load is considered 15 credits.
Scholarships will be applied directly to your student account in the first week of October, once the Financial Aid office is able to confirm that you have met the minimum course requirement to receive your award. Students will receive their scholarship in 1 of 2 ways as listed below:
Scenario A
Pay all tuition and fees by the first day of classes. In this scenario a cheque will be issued for the full value of the scholarship in the first week of October once eligibility is confirmed.
Scenario B
Pay tuition and fees owing, less the total value of your scholarship by due date. In this scenario the Financial Aid department will defer the remaining balance (amount of Scholarship) to the first week of October, and once eligibility is confirmed, your scholarship will be applied directly to the balance owing. *If a student does not meet the enrolment eligibility, as listed above, they will be responsible to pay out owing tuition and fees at that time.
